Fiesta Sports Foundation

Kaili West joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation as community engagement coordinator in March 2026. In her role, West assists with the Foundation's year-round community engagement events and initiatives serving Arizonans in the areas of youth, sports and education. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, West served as an operations manager for Down Syndrome Network in Tempe, where she coordinated volunteer support, assisted marketing efforts and executed mission-driven events designed to increase community awareness and engagement. West also worked as an assistant teacher at Tempe Montessori School from August 2021 to July 2025, supporting children from 6 months to elementary age.

Originally from Chandler, West graduated from Arizona State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.
